I completed my Master’s in Exercise Physiology in 2019 and have since worked across a variety of clinical and community settings, learning how to best support people on their journey to better health.

Through this experience, I discovered a strong passion for helping people living with chronic pain. Whether it's ongoing back issues, knee pain, or other persistent conditions, I’ve seen how deeply it can affect someone's life. I don’t believe anyone should feel stuck or defined by their pain.

That belief and a drive to do more, led me to create Move into Gear Exercise Physiology, a business and clinic focused on empowering people to take back control of their health, regain confidence, and move toward the life they want to live.

At Move into Gear, we’re not just about treating pain—we’re here to help people become more active, healthier, and stronger in ways that are meaningful to them. We’re passionate about supporting people to be their best, no matter where they're starting from.

Hi, I’m Nikki! I’m an Exercise Physiologist and Strength & Conditioning Coach with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and reach their goals.

My journey started with a love for human movement and performance, which led me to complete a Master’s in Exercise Physiology.

Since then, I’ve worked with a wide range of people, from those managing injuries and chronic conditions to athletes looking to improve their strength and performance.

I love creating personalised programs that not only improves strength and resilience but also helps to build sustainable lifestyle changes, confidence and overall long term success.

Whether in the clinic or on the field, I’m all about making movement enjoyable and achievable for everyone!
